Participants will be able to connect with each other on a variety of important topics such as mind, body, health, family and romantic relations: past, present and future.

Membership: This is an on-going group, and membership requires a prescreening session which will includes discussion of the commitment to be a member of a group, how groups norms are established and maintained,  and the method for terminating from the group in healthy and constructive ways for all.

Facilitator: Group will be co-led by Kathleen Landers, LCSW-C and Daryl Gincherman, LCPC. Co-led groups allow for deeper processing and skill building. Each therapist works extensively with individuals at Sequence and has led previous groups at Sequence and elsewhere.
